Selection Order

The candidate passes a short closed cycle.

  1. Email confirmation

    Access opens first. Without a confirmed email, the cabinet and test questions are unavailable.

  2. Candidate cabinet

    The cabinet contains two tests: technical and character. Additional tasks and team messages can be added later.

  3. Internal review

    Answers go to the team. The candidate receives only submission confirmation, without score or internal conclusions.
